RETURNS

KASAA COUTURE offers store credits only for RETURNS of purchases made on our website. We do not offer refunds.

Returns must be unworn, unused, and unwashed with all garment tags attached. Returns will be carefully processed to ensure they are returned in the state in which they were sent. This means free of make-up and deodorant marks and fragrance-free. 

 

Please, notify us at hello@kasaacouture.com with your order number within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return for store credits. 

 

Please contact us at hello@kasaacouture.com for the  RETURNS  address.

 

You are responsible for the shipping costs incurred for RETURNING item(s) to KASAA COUTURE.

 

Please include a printout of your order confirmation with every returned item.

 

RETURNS  are only accepted if they are returned unused and with original packaging, including all tags.

 

We will not accept RETURNS if they have any of the following:

 

· Makeup or deodorant marks

· Any strong odors

  Any  sign of use

 

  Any damages

· Swing tags and/or packaging are missing.

 

REFUNDS

KASAA COUTURE does not offer refunds. The item may be returned for store credits or exchanged for another item. 

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you would like to exchange your order for a different style, color, size, please notify us at hello@kasaacouture.com with your item number and the item you would like to exchange for within 7 days of delivery.

If the package does not receive us safely, we will not complete the exchange, so we recommended using a tracked method for safe delivery.

TO AVOID PAYING TAXES AND DUTIES AGAIN, PLEASE SEND THESE RETURNS USING YOUR COUNTRY’S NORMAL POSTAL SERVICE 9RATHER THAN DHL, FED EX, UPS, ETC).

 

If you request an EXCHANGE, we will cover the shipping cost to send the new item to you. However, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipment.


 

Please include the printout of your order confirmation with every exchanged item.

Please note, we can not make any exceptions for a refund due to the requested exchange item being out of stock. Please choose another style or color if this is the case.

 

All exchanged items must be returned unused, with original packaging, including all tags.

INCORRECT SIZE OR COLOR

If you received the incorrect size or color, please email hello@kasaacouture.com within 7 days of delivery so that we can set up your return.


 

FAULTY ITEMS

Every product we send out is initially quality controlled. In the unlikely event of a faulty item, please contact us at hello@kasaacouture.com  within 3 days of receipt of your item so we can start the exchange process.

 

Please make sure you enclose a printout of your original invoice (contained in your emailed order confirmation), along with a description of the fault.

As we will bear the return shipping cost, please include a copy of your postage receipt, and we will reimburse you if we deem the item to be faulty.

 

Once your item is returned to us and has been inspected, if we deem it to be faulty, you will be given a store credit so you can repurchase from our online store.


 

SALES & PROMOTIONS

All sale items are final. We do not accept exchanges or returns on sales or promotions.

By signing up to our mailing list, you will receive codes and promotions from time to time: however, any orders made prior to a sale are not negotiable for a percentage for a refund once a sale commences.

SHIPPING

We offer a flat rate of 50USD for shipping to anywhere in the world.

During the pandemic time, the parcel process's time has been extended to 21 days, while shipping may take longer than usual, up to 30 - 40 days.
