ONE MORNING 

Actress, model, and happy mother Anastasia Stezhko is what you might call the ultimate multi-hyphenate.  Anastasia is known to the viewer for her roles in many feature films and TV shows, including “Witch”, “Dad in law”, “Homeland”. But the best known for her role as prima-dancer Katiya in the high-ranking television series "Birch".

Anastasia played the volleyball 'Dynamo' team of the Kaliningrad for nine years. Sports temper helps her to be organized, concentrated, and do her best whatever she is in.

Anastasia Stezhko successfully combining her motherhood with her multiple movie shootings and wellbeing. KASAA LIFE talks to Anastasia to understand what inspires her and from where she takes the inspiration to keep herself in absolutely amazing shape.

KASAA LIFE: Anastasia, please tell us how you usually start your day?

 

ANASTASIA STEZHKO: For almost a year and a half, my day has started steadily with hugs with Stesha, my daughter. We talk, play around, lay a little together on the bed, and then we go to cook breakfast.

 

KASAA LIFE: What time do you usually wake up?

ANASTASIA STEZHKOI usually wake up. when my daughter wakes up, that is, about 7 in the morning. Of course, I would not mind getting up later, but Stesha is satisfied with this time, and it seems that she is not going to change her schedule.

KASAA LIFE: Share your perfect breakfast recipe.

ANASTASIA STEZHKO:  If you have time and desire to cook, then, of course, cheesecakes or curd casserole. If you have less time, then scramble eggs with vegetables and cheese. If there is no time at all - yogurt, cappuccino, and a piece of chocolate.

KASAA LIFE: Please tell us about your daily sports and beauty rituals, if any.

 

ANASTASIA STEZHKOProbably, I will not surprise anyone with a multi-stage system of cleansing and moisturizing the skin: I wash off the makeup with micellar water, then remove its remnants with foam for washing, then a tonic, serum, face cream, and eye cream. I also use eye patches in the morning, especially during filming. At night, I often apply a nourishing leave-in mask, as the skin is prone to dryness.

As for sports, I train 3-4 times a week, it doesn't matter at home or in the gym. Depends on the workload and whether the nanny comes to us on this day. The workouts themselves are quite simple - 5-6 exercises for different muscle groups (buttocks, legs, arms, back, abs), three approaches each.

I love to run very much, but I prefer it in the warm season and in the fresh air.
